Kim Conner has many years working in Performance Management within Social Care and Health. Within the Department of Health she delivered the health authority and trusts performance management system, before joining the Social Services Inspectorate in 1998. She was a key designer and manager of the national information and evidence system, PADI, created to manage the performance assessment system. She also developed systems for the inspectorate’s Victoria Climbié Audit, and for OfSTED’s child protection management. Her recent work has included the development of CSED’s Telecare Planning and Evaluation methodology and Tools.
